Dog Retreat

Where dogs rediscover their instincts and come home ready to show you what they've learned.

Rebuild with the Pack

Your dog lives with our pack, learning to socialise, set boundaries, and trust again. Without the pressure of home, he finds his own stability and confidence, guided by dogs who already have it.

Get to the Root

Through careful observation, I identify what's really driving the reactivity, the fear, or the aggression. No guesswork, no quick fixes. Once I understand the cause, I work with your dog at the source.

Learn from the Pack

Dogs learn fastest from other dogs. In our pack, yours picks up calm behaviour, clear communication, and natural boundaries from well-socialised peers. He doesn't just get trained. He grows into a balanced, confident dog.

The Retreat Experience

Your dog spends seven days immersed in a natural pack on 30 hectares of forest, lake, and open land. Here, surrounded by well-socialised dogs who set clear boundaries and model calm behaviour, they learn to socialise, decompress, and find their confidence again.

Leash frustration, reactivity, aggression: these almost always come from insecurity, and they're almost always tangled up in the dynamic between dog and owner. By working with your dog independently first, I can see what's really theirs and what they're carrying from you. Once I understand the triggers, I know how to help, and when you reunite, you'll both be starting from a completely different place.

Just your dog, me, the pack, and the space to find his balance.

Your dog isn't a problem to fix. They're a being with a history, with reasons, and there's always a reason.

So I don't chase the symptom. I don't fight the lunging or the chasing; I go to the why. Is it fear? Self-protection? Insecurity? Or have they simply decided they're the mayor of the village? Only once I know can I truly help.

That's why your dog comes to me without you. Not because you're not important, but because only then does the world go quiet. No worries, no old patterns, no pressure passed quietly down the leash. When the noise is gone, they finally show me who they are, and the work begins.

By the end of their stay, your dog knows more than you do, so I update you too. I'll explain their personality, why they react the way they do, and how to set boundaries that say: "You don't need to do this. I've got it."

Then we practise together. Two sessions included, more if you need them, in the real situations, so you see exactly how your dog responds and how to lead them.

They won't come home a "well-behaved dog." They'll come home themselves: lighter, clearer, more dog. And you'll know how to keep them there.

How it works

They arrive and breathe. No demands. I watch, I read, and I let them be a dog.

We become a pack. Through daily walks they remember how natural behaviour feels, and I build trust by rewarding everything they get right. Understanding comes before correction.

Then we go to the edge. We step into the situations that trigger them, and the moment their energy shifts, I step in. Always calm first: "It's okay, you're safe." If calm isn't enough, a clear, fair "No." Dogs read energy from twenty metres away, so how I show up matters more than any word.

And we let it settle. Good days between the hard ones, so the learning sticks. They eat, walk, and explore with the pack, because only there can they finally put down the leader's role. Many dogs carry that weight alone and break under it. Here, they get to let it go. Consistent, fair boundaries, always in the same place: for a dog, reliability is the greatest form of love.

Your dog's week

  • Day 1: Arrive. No pressure, just settling in. Your dog joins the pack on walks, observes, sniffs, and gets comfortable at their own pace

  • Day 2: Trust. Through pack walks and clear, loving structure, trust starts to build. I don't ask for anything yet, just respect for the rules.

  • Day 3: Challenges. We gently introduce the real work: town training, leash pulling, car chasing, reactivity. The pack is right there backing them up through all of it.

  • Day 4: Deepen. We go further on each issue, and your dog learns to stay calm even under stress. Group feeding begins, a big milestone for impulse control and trust.

  • Day 5: Real life. The nervous system settles into a calm, everyday rhythm. I guide, support, and regulate your dog through every situation as pack life becomes normal.

  • Day 6: Fine-tune. We revisit the hard moments one more time, and confidence grows. Your dog starts to carry a feeling of calm, safety, and strength.

  • Day 7: Celebrate. Bones for the pack, and a dog who's learned to trust again. We'll be waiting for you with excitement, ready to introduce you to the dog they've become.

  • Price: €799 (per dog)
